Incoming Florida House Speaker Richard Corcoran unveiled his slate of proposed ethics and accountability reforms for House members this week.

The rules are meant to clamp down on the “good old boy” culture of Tallahassee where lobbyists enjoy a level of access to legislators available to few members of the public. To illustrate his points, Corcoran released a short animated video that is both dead serious and highly irrevernt.

Example: a ban on lawmakers riding in lobbyists’ private planes is illustrated with flailing House members falling out of the sky.
