Loser of the week:Peter Nehr. Those nearly naked photos the Tarpon Springs Republican sent far and wide to tout his weight loss surely didn't help his unsuccessful re-election campaign to the Florida House. Now he's running for Pinellas County Commission having to explain why, after losing that race, he paid his live-in girlfriend/acupuncturist/campaign consultant $22,000 in campaign funds.
