Friday evening Isaac update
The Tampa Bay Times' Marissa Lang: The National Hurricane Center said a tropical storm watch for the Florida Keys was likely by Friday night. Its impact on Florida beyond that remained fuzzy. Bob Buckhorn: "Absolutely, we are ready to rock and roll." Mitt Romney, meanwhile: "There may be some wind, a little rain, but ... the winds of change are coming, so we're looking forward to it."
