In my inbox: Busch Gardens announced today that the park will be hosting more than 500 members and guests of the Florida delegation for an RNC-week event on Monday evening. The after-hours party will feature cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres in Busch Gardens’ Egypt area and Cheetah Hunt plaza from 11 p.m. until 2 a.m. The Cheetah Hunt and Montu roller coasters will be open, and guests will also be able to see the late-night behaviors of the big cats in the park’s new Cheetah Run habitat and test their skills in the Egypt games area.
