Hey, at least they're not last. Sports Illustrated has come out with its first NFL power rankings of the season and the Bucs are, well, next-to-last at No. 31, just ahead of the Bills. The Bucs opponent Sunday, the Browns, are No. 28. SI NFL writer Don Banks writes:

I read where 29 of the 53 players (55 percent) on the Bucs opening-week roster have arrived since Tampa Bay canned head coach Jon Gruden in January 2009. Wow. That's what you call an extreme makeover. Like, Lady Gaga-style.
