Joakim Noah making friends everywhere

Noah Ah, it seemed like only yesterday when Joakim Noah was so sweet, staying in school and helping the Gators win back-to-back national titles. Now he's the guy who shows up at your party uninvited and complains that the dip tastes "funny.'' First, the Bulls big man ripped the city of Cleveland for not being hip enough. Then, bored with causing controversy in the series he is actually playing in, he took time to tear into a player from another series when he called Celtics' center Kevin Garnett a "dirty player.'' Now he's a villain around the NBA, as you can see from this story.

I'd feel a little better if Noah had posted better numbers in his career before popping off. (He averaged 10.7 points a game this season, although he did collect 11 rebounds a game.) Then again, what's wrong with a little harmless trash talk? Besides, take out the Rock-and-Roll Hall of Fame and Cleveland really isn't all that great. And, you know, Garnett is kind of dirty. Too bad Noah's Bulls are going to get knocked out soon by the Cavs because he's more fun to listen to than everybody in the NBA this side of Charles Barkley.
