Poll: what should the NCAA do about Penn State football?

THE FUTURE OF FOOTBALL IN 'HAPPY VALLEY'
What should the NCAA do about the Penn State football program now that the school's investigation concluded school officials, including head football coach Joe Paterno, covered up former assistant coach Jerry Sandusky's sexual abuse of young boys?
Nothing. This is not a football matter. Punishing current and future players for decisions made by senior school officials as long as 12 years ago doesn't make sense.
Give the program the death penalty. Aside from all the moral and ethical violations, this appears a clear-cut lack of institutional control.
Give the program more traditional sanctions. Take away some football scholarships. Ban Penn State from postseason bowls. Send a message that these types of actions by senior school officials will not come without consequences.
