Sports Illustrated's preseason All-America team
Three players from Florida schools are on Sports Illustrated's preseason All-American college football team and, surprisingly, none are Gators. There are two players from Florida State -- senior guard Rodney Hudson and sophomore punt returner Greg Reid. The other is Miami cornerback Brandon Harris. For the entire team, click here. Meantime, Sports Illustrated also has come out with its preseason bowl projections. It has Florida playing the Capital One Bowl against Iowa, FSU in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl against Auburn, Miami playing Notre Dame in the Champs Sports Bowl, USF going to Birmingham on Jan. 8 to play Toledo and UCF playing Troy in the New Orleans Bowl. It has Penn State and Kentucky coming to town to the play in the Outback Bowl and Alabama meeting Ohio State in the BCS national title game. Click here for the preseason bowl projections.
