For sports junkies, some kid could hold up a cardboard sign that says "SportsCenter'' and that would be a slick enough opening to watch ESPN's signature show. Neverthless, ESPN will unveil a new-look SportsCenter beginning next Monday (April 6). The new look includes what the networks says is "an updated opening animation and new graphics, designed to enhance the program with a more modern and consistent look.'' The changes coincide with the launch of the network's Los Angeles Production Center as the new home for the 1 a.m. Eastern Time (10 p.m. Pacific) edition of SportsCenter.
