stooges.jpgIn response to the NFL Network recently naming the 100 greatest players in NFL history, sportswriter Jeff Pearlman, most notably from Sports Illustrated, gave Deadpsin.com his list of the 100 worst players in NFL history. Pearlman explains:

There have been a million lists of the NFL's biggest disappointments, and this is not one of them. Not all of these men were disappointing. They were, however, all bad. Very bad.

Be proud, Bucs fans, eight players who once wore a Tampa Bay uniform made the list.

No. 88: Ryan Simms (DT)
No. 76: Eric Curry (DE)
No. 64: Dana Nafziger (TE/LB)
No. 51: Kenyatta Walker (OT)
No. 36: Bill Capece (K)
No. 17: Neil O'Donoghue (K)
No. 15: Jeff Komlo (QB)
No. 5: John McKay, Jr. (WR)

And the worst player in NFL history according to Pearlman? Former Cardinals and Bears quarterback Rusty Lisch. Click here to see Pearlman's list.
