Sarasota condo sales improve. Does it foreshadow better times for Tampa?
It's worth keeping an eye on the Sarasota-Bradenton housing market, if only because it hit the skids about 6 months ahead of us in 2006.
If Sarasota is starting to pull out of the slump, there's a chance the Tampa Bay could follow suit in a few months. Or so goes the optimistic logic.
The local newspaper to the south updates the issue in its Sunday section.
