Not sure how much the latest government housing plan will help: "U.S. officials unveiled plans to speed up the modification of loans held by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. While the plan will undoubtedly help thousands stay in their homes, it’s unlikely to make a major dent in the problems in the housing market."
