Buying frenzy among foreclosure homes in Phoenix. Is Tampa next?
Interesting New York Times story about investors hunting for foreclosure bargains in Phoenix. That desert city has an advantage over Tampa: Its homes have depreciated 50 percent. We're still pikers at about 40 percent depreciation.
