The Short Sale Kid: Savior or schemer?
Did a story this weekend about Tampa's Nathan Jurewicz, "The Short Sale Kid." He tries to buy pre-foreclosure homes on the cheap and flip them for profit. Here's a link.
Amusingly, our cross-bay competitor also published a story on The Kid. It was alarming to see Jurewicz makes "$100,000 a month" according to our competitor.
I interviewed and researched the guy and I'd be surprised if he consistently netted a fifth of that.
