From Super Bowl to energy trends, come listen
Want a preview of what the 2009 Super Bowl might mean for the Tampa Bay area and economy? Come listen tomorrow, Nov. 20, to keynote speaker Robert Sullivan, the 2008 Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee president, at the 3rd Annual Tampa Bay Economic Forecast, an event of the Largo Mid-Pinellas Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Largo Library Foundation.
In addition to Sullivan, speakers include Barry Pitigoff, Visit Florida vice president of data research, on tourism trends; Mike Talmadge, Echelon Real Estate executive vice president on real estate, and Raymond James Financial economist Scott Brown on -- you guessed it -- our economy.
One other speaker, Progress Energy's Danny Roderick, vice president of nuclear projects, can't make it. But one of his bosses can. Come hear what Progress Energy Florida chief Jeff Lyash has to say about the future -- and price tag -- of energy in the Sunshine State.
Oh yeah, I'm moderating. Come say hello. It starts at 3pm at the Largo Public Library, 120 Central Park Drive in Largo . You need a ticket. It's $20. Get more details here.
