PS3 news: Gone till November (duh)

So Sony has finally confirmed the obvious: the PlayStation 3 won't launch until November. Previous PS systems have launched in Japan first, then in the U.S. This time they're planning a global launch. Can they pull it off? I'll have more thoughts later, but for now, here's the news:
