DS Lite miscellany

I picked up a DS Lite this weekend. It's very sleek, very chic. Amazingly bright screen. The D-pad seems weirdly loose though. It plays ok, but I was worried that it may not soon enough. I went back to exchange it, but they opened another and the D-pad seemed to be the same. Anyone else's DS Lite have a loose D-pad? Seems to me that it should sit firmly in its slot.
