Florida unemployment rate drops for second month in a row

The good news: The Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation (AWI) says the state's unemployment rate has fallen to 11.7 percent, the second month in a row that it's dropped.

The bad news: Take away hiring for temporary U.S. Census jobs and it's still pretty ugly.
