Celebrity Real Estate: John McEnroe, Yolanda Foster, David Foster

Love Match for McEnroe in Malibu
For at least the third time, tennis great John McEnroe and his wife, Patty Smyth have bought themselves a spread in Malibu. It may mean the couple will be looking to cast off one of the two other properties they own in the beachfront Los Angeles outpost.
Unlike the $3.35 million modern they purchased off Pacific Coast Highway in 2013, this modern masterpiece is directly on the ocean on one of the most desirable beaches in Malibu: Paradise Cove. The multi-level home was built in 1994 but has been completely redesigned inside by interior designer Michael Lee.
Goodbye, Malibu for Yolanda and David Foster
A few years after first trying to sell their fabulous Malibu home, Grammy-winning music impresario David Foster and his wife, former supermodel and “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda have done the deal. According to property records, the couple netted $23.5 million after first looking to get $27.5 million.
The sprawling, 11,600-square-foot home was the gleaming setting for several episodes of the reality show as Yolanda Foster hosted several parties for her castmates. But with Yolanda’s struggle Lyme disease and her two girls (Bella and Gigi Hadid) off on their international modeling careers, the home may have proved too big. In any case, Yolanda posted a romantic photo of her sharing a kiss with David on the pool deck of the home. The caption read: Beautiful ending to a beautiful chapter in our life.
