Applications are available for authors, vendors and volunteers for the 27th annual Tampa Bay Times Festival of Reading, which will be Nov. 9 at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg; tampabay.com/expos/festival-of-reading/. Events are free unless otherwise noted.
