Park Square Homes, an Orlando-based homebuilder, has bought large parcels in the Mirabay and FishHawk Ranch communities in Hillsborough County. The company paid $18 million for all of the undeveloped part of Mirabay in Apollo Beach and $3.5 million for a ready-to-build parcel in FishHawk Ranch in Lithia. Park Square Homes founder Suresh Gupta said the company will "continue to look for additional properties in the bay area to further expand our presence.''
