The Tampa Bay Times  plays a very active role in the communities we serve. We host and sponsor nearly 250 community events throughout the west coast of Florida in an effort to bring our communities together and to help make a difference in our local marketplace.

These special events help to raise awareness for local issues and causes right here in our own back yard. Many of these events are about celebrating life, promoting local commerce and all of them are about bringing people together. From the Turkey Trot to the Chasco Fiesta in Pasco County to the Dragon Boat Races in downtown Tampa, you will find the Tampa Bay Times out and about in the community.

We also enjoy partnerships and relationships with the Tampa Bay Times Forum and Tampa Bay Lightning; Tampa Bay Storm; Tropicana Field and the Tampa Bay Rays; Ruth Eckerd Hall, International Plaza, Westshore Plaza, and the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts.
