Florida’s largest newspaper is seeking a dynamic sales associate to provide recruitment solutions to HR professionals and corporate executives. We are looking for a skilled sales professional that possesses full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to hiring great employees.

What does a Recruitment Sales Representative do?

A successful recruitment sales representative will collaborate with HR professionals on a regular basis and proactively position sourcing solutions to attract top talent.  The sales associate should also be able to position recruitment solutions using various sources, like social media networks, top job boards, and digital advertising solutions.  The ideal sales representative possesses proven successful sales strategies combined with an HR background in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the sales representative is to ensure our business clients are provided with recruitment solutions to attract, hire and retain the top talent, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Plan, sell and service a list of employment advertising accounts through 75% outside sales (face-to-face) and 25% inside telephone sales 
  • Develop account list to its maximum revenue potential
  • Prospect for new business in order to continuously build account list
  • Actively meet with existing clients to provide additional advertising opportunities
  • Provide a minimum of 20 – 25% of sales time to inside sales efforts
  • Design compelling advertising and marketing campaigns targeting job candidates
  • Design, develop and present advanced sourcing solutions and campaigns to meet business clients’ hiring needs
  • Apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to clients on a regular basis
  • Act as a point of contact to build influential client relationships and maximize revenue potential
  • Promote company’s reputation as “Florida’s best newspaper”
  • Requirements
  • Proven track record as a proven sales professional
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • BS/MS is strongly preferred
