Safrany apologizes for role in 2000 DUI deaths

(Aug. 31, 2010) [Joseph Garnett, Jr. | tampabay.com] Joseph Safrany told Hillsborough Circuit Judgen Wayne Timmerman he was sorry and wanted to accept punishment for his wrong doings. Early April 6, 2000, he was involved in a wreck in Tampa.
