EXHIBITOR INFO

Nothing drives sales better than face to face contact. Since 2005, the Tampa Bay Home Show has successfully paired qualified homeowners with participating vendors at each show.

Your company will meet thousands of homeowners who are motivated to spend money on their remodeling, decorating, furnishing or landscaping needs.

Our Home Shows are held in the Tampa Bay Area at Tropicana Field a Major League Domed Baseball Stadium – Home of the Tampa Bay Rays. The Tampa Bay Home Show is hosted three times a year and is the largest show on the West Coast of Florida.

Reserve your booth today and bring your services – landscaping, gardening, kitchen and bathroom, interior design, green building, pool and spa, storage solutions, solar options and more – to interested homeowners.

Before the Show

  • Do you own pre-show promotion. Attract more attendees by taking advantage of social media and traditional advertising methods.
  • Schedule initial meetings with existing leads at the show. It will increase your success rate and allow potential clients to see your products and services in action.
  • Prepare professional displays. Promote what you're selling through signage, photographs and product exhibits.
  • Prepare professional handouts and sales materials.
  • Consider a giveaway to attract passersby. Product samples, novelty items, or even bottled water can draw people to your booth.

During the show...

  • Follow a loose script and ask interested parties open-ended questions.
  • Take notes. Make sure you remember the leads you spoke to and details of the conversation.
  • Play to the crowd and plan demos accordingly. Make sure you're presenting to a sizeable audience and maximizing lead potential.
  • Engage people in the aisles without being pushy.

After the show...

  • Have a plan to follow up with leads. For example, you could start by sending a personalized email to each contact you made.
  • Start planning your next show with us!

  • Don'ts

    • Use old or outdated collateral or displays
    • Leave booth unattended
    • Display unsightly behavior. (Try to keep nose blowing or tooth picking in the privacy of the restroom.)
    • Bad mouth competitors
    • Talk to friends or booth personnel instead of passersby.
    • Eat at booth
    • Sit back and wait to be approached instead of engaging visitors.
