I would like the Caesar salad dressing recipe from Outback Steakhouse. Thank you.
Theresa Jones, St. Petersburg
Freddie Brannen of Clearwater and Beverly Berman of Spring Hill sent in the recipe for Theresa. Homemade salad dressings are delicious, and this is extremely easy to make. The longer the flavors meld, the better this gets. Both Freddie and Beverly say this keeps in the refrigerator for two weeks, if you don't eat it before then. Don't be afraid of the anchovy paste; the flavor is subtle. This copycat recipe came from the Top Secret Recipes cookbooks.

Judy Elks of Dunnellon is seeking a recipe for the spinach salad — and especially the dressing — from the Chart House in Daytona Beach. . . . Bill Brogan of Pinellas Park is looking for a recipe from about 40 years ago that was on the back of a can of Joan of Arc fancy red kidney beans. It contained ground beef, onions, green pepper, sugar and canned tomatoes. . . . Celma L.
