Thornton's kid guilty in death
While everyone is transfixed by the Casey Anthony trial, Billy Bob Thornton's daughter recently was convicted of aggravated manslaughter in the death of a 1-year-old Orlando girl, E! reports. You may not have heard of the connection, since Billy Bob hasn't talked to Amanda Brumfield in years. The 32-year-old Brumfield was accused of killing her best friend's baby girl, Olivia Madison Garcia, who suffered a 3.5-inch fracture of her skull, while babysitting her in October 2008. She will be sentenced in July. Brumfield was born in 1979 to Melissa Lee Gatlin, who was Thornton's first wife. He's been married five times and has something like four kids by three different women, so it's no surprise they haven't spoken in ages.
LiLo sets off monitor
Lindsay Lohan has already been visited by the cops while on 35 days of house arrest, since the ankle monitor she's wearing as part of the punishment went off Tuesday. And, of course, despite repeated probation violations and a prior problem with her setting off an alcohol monitor she was wearing as part of a different sentence, she claims she didn't do anything to set it off. "(Investigators) came as part of standard procedure to make sure the monitoring equipment was working properly," Lohan spokesman Steve Honig told the L.A. Times. It's unclear what exactly set the bracelet off.
Sheen, Mueller reach custody deal on kids
Good news for Charlie Sheen: He and Brooke Mueller have finally reached a custody agreement for twins Bob and Max. PopEater says the couple took their revised plan to the judge on Wednesday, paving the way for an official plan to be in place as soon as a ruling is handed down and they sign it. The agreement is for joint custody of the boys, which may seesaw back and forth, depending on which parent is in rehab on any given week. The agreement does note that the 2-year-olds will likely spend more time with Mueller, which is probably Charlie's way of being optimistic about getting a new job after Two and a Half Men.
