Events

The Florida Studies Program at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg will present Dorothy Weik Smiljanich at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Williams House, 511 Second St. S. Smiljanich, a journalist who has worked for several Florida newspapers, will discuss her book Then Sings My Soul: The Scott Kelly Story. The book is a biography of Kelly, who ran for governor of Florida twice in the 1960s.
