Carolyn Turgeon (The Fairest of Them All) will discuss and sign her fantasy novel at 7 p.m. Monday at Inkwood Books, 216 S Armenia Ave., Tampa.

R. Ira Harris (Island of the White Rose) will discuss and sign his historical novel about the Cuban revolution at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Inkwood Books.

Bestselling Tampa author Tim Dorsey (The Rip Tide Ultraglide) will discuss and sign his latest Florida crime novel at 7 p.m. Thursday at Gulfport Library, 5501 27th Ave. S.

Tampa Bay History Center curator of history Rodney Kite-Powell (History of Davis Islands: David P. Davis and the Story of a Landmark Tampa Neighborhood) will discuss and sign his book at 7 p.m. Thursday at Inkwood Books.

Author Lynne McTaggart (The Field: The Quest for the Secret Force of the Universe) will speak at 7 p.m. Friday at the Student Services Building Auditorium, Hillsborough Community College, 4001 W Tampa Bay Blvd., Tampa.
