The Saturday release of Breaking Dawn, the fourth and final novel in Stephenie Meyer's bestselling Twilight saga about hot teen vampires and werewolves in love, is the biggest publishing event since the last Harry Potter book. Many bay area bookstores will hold release parties Friday night, so Meyer's legions of fans can get their copies at the stroke of midnight. All local Barnes & Noble stores will have release parties beginning at 10 p.m. Friday. Local Borders and Waldenbooks locations start their parties at 9:30 p.m. Friday.
