John V. Cinchett (Vintage Tampa Signs and Scenes) will sign his pictorial history book at the H.B. Plant Museum's Holiday Bazaar, 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the museum, 401 W Kennedy Blvd., Tampa.

Ann Turner Cook (Micanopy in Shadow) will talk about her Florida mystery novels at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the meeting of the Friends of the Lutz Branch Library, 101 Lutz-Lake Fern Road W.

The USF Humanities Institute presents Andrew Huse (The Columbia Restaurant: Celebrating a Century of History, Culture and Cuisine) discussing and signing his book at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Grace Allen Room on the fourth floor of the USF Library, 4202 E Fowler Ave., Tampa.

Ro Martinez (Modeling at Any Age) will introduce her new book about launching a modeling career at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Venue, 2675 Ulmerton Road, St. Petersburg.

Poet Rhett Iseman Trull (The Real Warnings) will present a reading as part of the University of Tampa Writers at the University series at 8 p.m. Thursday on the ninth floor of Vaughn Center on the campus, 401 W Kennedy Blvd., Tampa.

Singer and author Philip Tropea (Marco) will perform and sign his novel at 1 p.m. Thursday at Dunedin Library, 233 Douglas Ave.; and at 11 a.m. Saturday at Gulfport Library, 5501 28th Ave. S.

Mildred Schlachter (A River Beckons and Paddlewheels Ply: Adventures Along the Hudson) will sign her book from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Senior Expo, 2069 World Parkway, Clearwater.

Steve Lamb (Smuggler's Ghost: When Marijuana Turned a Florida Teen Into a Millionaire Fuguitive) will sign his memoir at 2 p.m. Saturday at Haslam's Book Store, 2025 Central Ave., St. Petersburg.
