Events: Tim Dorsey to discuss, sign his comic crime novels

The East Lake Community Library's Author Showcase presents Kris Radish (Tuesday Night Miracles) discussing and signing her novel at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the library, 4125 East Lake Road, Palm Harbor.

Judith Shearer (All Bones Be White) will discuss and sign her biography of a slave accused of murder at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Dunedin Public Library, 223 Douglas Ave.

Bookstore1Sarasota and Selby Library present Mary Jane Clark (The Look of Love) discussing and signing her mystery novel at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the library's Geldbart Auditorium, 1331 First St., Sarasota.

Historian George Daughan (1812: The Navy's War) will discuss and sign his book at 7 p.m. Thursday at Inkwood Books, 216 S Armenia Ave., Tampa.

Land O'Lakes Library's third annual Author Fair presents David Berger, Connie Lee Berry, Johanna Bolton, Linda Rosetti Bracco, Lynn Combes, Richard Correia, Lucienne Diver, Mark Hankins, Michael Kaler, John Charles Miller, Lakisha Spletzer and David Wermuth, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the library, 2818 Collier Parkway.

Tim Dorsey (Pineapple Grenade) will discuss and sign his comic crime novels set in Florida at 2 p.m. Saturday at Palm Harbor Library, 2330 Nebraska Ave.
