Three little books pack some pictures worth a thousand weird words.
I Has a Hotdog: What Your Dog Is Really Thinking (Grand Central) by Professor Happycat collects odd photos of pooches with hilarious captions; an offshoot of the equally entertaining I Can Has Cheezburger? cat-photo blog.
Movie Charts: Comedy Graphs of the Films You Love (Cassell) by Paul Copperwaite is chock-full of clever graphs and charts, like "People who can put Baby in the corner" (0 percent everybody) and "Things we're not gonna talk about" (100 percent Fight Club).
Regretsy: Where DIY Meets WTF (Villard) by April Winchell is another blog-based book, bounced off the Etsy.com site, which has lots of cute crafts stuff and then . . . this: chicken ponchos, crocheted meerkat Nativity scenes and more sparkly dog clothing than should be legal.
