TAMPA — Ex-American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra wants to do another round of VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

One problem: A Hillsborough judge ordered her not to give any interviews or appear before any cameras during her yearlong stint at a California rehab center.

Sierra's attorney, John Fitzgibbons, will go to court Thursday to ask for some leeway from the judge who initially sentenced the reality TV star to probation on battery and cocaine possession charges, court papers show .

In an interview, Fitzgibbons said VH1 is planning Celebrity Rehab, part deux.

Before the judge told her to stay 100 yards away from cameras, Sierra, 22, appeared with eight other low-level celebrities on the initial series, headed by physician and self-described "addictionologist" Dr. Drew Pinsky.

The next series, according to court papers, would include an intensive three-week program with Dr. Charles Sophy, a psychiatrist who appeared last week on the Today show to discuss the rising rate of alcohol abuse in women.

Pinsky will be at Thursday's hearing to update a judge on Sierra's progress, Fitzgibbons said. Sierra will not attend.

Of the new show, Fitzgibbons said, "I think she's getting a huge amount of counseling for free."

It can't hurt her career to stay in the limelight, he added.
