The blows keep coming for Hulk Hogan.
The National Enquirer is reporting that in the audio of a sex tape where Hogan — whose real name is Terry Bollea — can be heard making racial slurs about black people, the professional wrestler also made a homophobic statement.
The leaked audio clip from the sex tape filmed eight years ago shows him discussing his reality television show Hogan Knows Best with Heather Cole, the ex-wife of his former best friend, Tampa radio shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge Clem.
"VH1 wanted me to do a big thing and go back to the house I grew up in," Hulk tells Cole, according to the National Enquirer.
"So we knock on the door," he continues, "and a big f- - - lives there now!"
"This half-gay was enamored with Linda," he continues, referring to his ex-wife.
The reporting of these comments comes after World Wrestling Entertainment scrubbed all references to Hogan from its website last week. On Friday, Hogan resigned from the WWE.
"This is not who I am," Hogan later said in a statement. "I believe very strongly that every person in the world is important and should not be treated differently based on race, gender, orientation, religious beliefs or otherwise. I am disappointed with myself that I used language that is offensive and inconsistent with my own beliefs."
The leaked tape is the focus of an ongoing legal dispute between Bollea and gossip website Gawker, which published an edited clip of the tape in 2012 when it first surfaced online. Bollea has sued for invasion of privacy and is seeking $100 million in damages. Bollea contends he did not know he was being filmed.
