Donna of Seminole just recently began playing her old Hammond organ after years of not playing. To spare her husband the noise of her practicing scales, she is looking for a monaural headset, as that is the type of headset the organ has a jack for. It will not accept stereo headphones, and Donna has called electronics stores all over Pinellas County, to no avail. Donna describes the headphones as the big, old, full earmuff type with a cord that has a 1/4-inch-diameter-shaft plug with only one tip on the end. If you live within a 10-mile radius of Seminole Mall, Donna will be happy to pick them up. She can be reached at (727) 392-7704.

It's so frustrating when you have one thing, but need the other thing that goes with it, like having peanut butter, but no jelly. This is the case for Ken of Brooksville. He has 7- and 10-inch reel-to-reel tapes that he would like to play, but he doesn't have a player. If you have one that you would like to donate to Ken, please call him at home at (352) 796-4211 or on his cellphone at (352) 238-3503. He is willing to pick it up.

Back in December, Georgia Lee Athey of Odessa wrote in offering her 15-foot cedar tree, which she suggested would make a good Christmas tree. She didn't get any takers then, so she figured she would offer it again before she has to cut it down. Georgia suggests that a woodworker may find the wood great for projects of all sorts. If you are interested, please call Georgia at (813) 920-6589.
