Calling all '50s and '60s music aficionados! Linda of Seminole has a collection of "oldies but goodies" records she would like to give to a good home. She has more than 600 45's (all of which are in green sleeves) and 43 albums (78's). Among them are the Flamingos, the Five Satins, Buddy Holly and the Chantels, just to name a few. Pamela of Clearwater has an upright Everett piano circa 1970 that plays well but is in need of a new home. The piano belonged to Pamela's mother, who passed away, and Pamela doesn't play. This is a great offer for those who love to tickle the ivories, or for anyone who is looking to learn. If you are interested, you must be able to move the piano to its new home. Pamela can be reached at (727) 798-8826.

Janet, who lives in the St. Petersburg area, has an old dollhouse she thinks would be perfect for a prekindergarten or day care. She says it is pretty and clean and opens in the front, and the roof comes off for easy access. The dollhouse is 27 inches tall and 26 inches wide and comes furnished. Janet can be reached at (727) 347-8732.

Rosemary, who lives in the Sun City Center area, has some reading material to pass along. She has decorating, architecture and building magazines for anyone who's interested. Call her at (813) 642-0314 to learn more.

Thank you

A while back, Rosemarie, executive director of the Hernando Youth Orchestra, wrote in asking for instruments that were not being used any longer. Rosemarie wrote back to say that the orchestra heard from dozens of people and received six instruments in three days, with several more being mailed to the group. She sends a big thanks to everyone who donated to the organization.
