Reader's Exchange: Offer of Charbroil grill will add sizzle to your summer

It's summer, and for many people that means that grilling season is officially here. David Lubin of Tampa would like to help someone get into the spirit by donating his Charbroil barbecue grill. (He recently moved up to a larger grill.) He says the Charbroil grill is in great shape. It has a single burner and a new burner cover, and there is no rust. It also comes with a cover. It does not come with a tank, so you will need one of those. If you are interested, you will need a truck to haul the grill away. David can be reached at (813) 251-4941.

Pat of Port Richey is looking for several things she can no longer find. The first is the handheld solitaire game made by Radica. The one she wants is black, and the screen (2 inches by 1.25 inches) has no color. It plays both the standard type as well as Vegas. The front buttons are yellow with "Deck" on the left and "Suits" on the right, then seven buttons for each row of cards, then (left to right) the button for "New Game," "Sound," "On-Deal/Draw," "Game" and "Timer." Pat loves to play this game in bed or while relaxing on the couch. She is also looking for mini cassette audio tapes for her transcriber to work from home. She says they are hard to find, and she only needs two or three. Pat is looking for plastic scale models of cars, SUVs and trucks from the 1960s until present time. As a child she had several, and she would love to start collecting them again. Finally, Pat hopes to find out where she can get little scale model homes to actually construct, including the walls, doors, windows, floors, appliances, etc. If you have any of these items to donate to Pat, please note that she doesn't have a car. She can be reached at (727) 264-6649.
