Sometimes it happens that different people write in looking for the same thing. Often there is enough of what they're looking for to go around. Hopefully these REXers will both have success!

Sue Dietz of Largo would like to find something that should be easy to locate: queen-sized fitted sheets. Sue refuses to accept that she would have to buy a new mattress just to be able to find sheets that would fit, as she is having trouble finding some to fit her old, yet perfectly good one. Sue is hoping that someone out there will have some queen-sized sheets they are no longer using, and if they don't fit, she will pass them on to her church community support group for someone in need. Sue can be reached at (941) 276-1473.

Oops! Last week Charlotte of Largo wrote in on behalf of a man she knows from church who is a single dad in need of a tandem bicycle so he and his son can get to church and other places. We ran an incorrect phone number. The correct number is (727) 593-5949.
Back in March, Darrell of Tampa wrote in looking for ribbons for the "Little Dresses" that her group makes to send to underprivileged children. Darrell wrote back to say that the response was overwhelming; she got calls from everywhere from Seffner to St. Petersburg! She wishes to thank everyone who donated, especially the people at the Gulfport Senior Center who had already made 20 dresses and gave them to her! If you are interested in participating in this group, or would like more information, call Darrell at (215) 341-6994 or email her at email@example.com.
