Why? The products may be contaminated with a multi-drug resistant strain of salmonella. Consumption of food contaminated with salmonella can cause salmonellosis, which can be life-threatening, especially to those with weak immune systems, such as infants, the elderly and persons with HIV infection or undergoing chemotherapy.

Ford pickup trucks

Company: Ford Motor Co.

Why? The metal straps holding the gas tanks can rust, allowing them to fall, rupture and catch fire.

What models? 1997 through 2004 Ford F-150 models; 1997 through 1999 F-250 pickups; and 2002-2003 Lincoln Blackwood pickups. All were sold in cold-weather states where salt is used to clear roads.

Why? The metal toy keys and the plastic key ring can break, posing a choking hazard.

Why? The Vital Signs Devices Passive Humidification Device (Hygroscopic Condenser Humidifier or HCH) may have an occlusion that can prevent proper flow of the medical gases or oxygen, possibly resulting in insufficient oxygen delivered to the patient. If that happens, it could result in serious adverse health consequences or even death.

"Little People Builders" is found on a label on the side of the wagon and "Fisher Price" is embossed on the handle.

Disney-branded pogo sticks

Why? The bottom rubber tip attached to the pogo stick frame can wear out prematurely, posing a fall hazard. Also, the end caps on the handlebars can come off, exposing sharp edges and posing a laceration hazard.

What models? Disney Hannah Montana Pogo Stick, the Disney/Pixar Toy Story Cruising Cool Pogo Stick, the Disney/Pixar Cars Pogo Stick, the Disney Princess Pogo Stick and the Disney Fairies Cruising Cool Pogo Stick. The pogo sticks have Disney labels between the handlebars. The manufacturing date codes between 01/01/2009-022CO and 11/30/2010-022CO are on a clear label on the stem of the pogo stick near the foot pedals.
