Quantity: Undisclosed.

Why? The product, made by Forever Cheese Inc., could be contaminated with listeria monocytogenes, an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

What models? Ricotta Salata Frescolina brand cheese was cut into wedges, packaged in clear plastic wrap and sold with a Whole Foods Market scale label using PLU 293427. All sell-by dates through Oct. 2 are affected.

Where sold? Florida stores, including the one in Tampa.

What to do? Return it to the store for a full refund.

DFI canteloupe

Company: DFI Marketing Inc.

Quantity: 28,000 cartons.

Why? The product has the potential to be contaminated with salmonella, an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

What models? DFI brand cantaloupes packed in cartons of 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18 cantaloupes. All cartons are stamped with the word 826 CALIFORNIA WESTSIDE.

What models? Prestigio model leather office chairs were sold in black and have a five-leg metallic finish base with casters. The SKU number 181-265 and the words Realspace Soho and Prestigio High-Back Chair Black Leather are printed on a label located on the underside of the seat.

Why? The water bottle's spout can break off, posing a choking hazard.

H&M Sweden and www.hm.com are embossed on the bottom of the bottle. The water bottle contains the manufacture date in an embossed date clock on the bottom of the bottle. The inner circle on the clock contains the number 12 with an arrow between the two numbers. The arrow points at the number 6 in an outer circle of numbers.
