Why? The ear on the bunny sippy cup can poke a child in the eye area while using the cup for drinking.

What models? Target Home Bunny Sippy Cups have, on the bottom, Target 200020683 for pink and Target 200020884 for the blue.

Epinephrine injection

Company: American Regent.

Quantity: Undisclosed.

Why? Some ampules from the lot are discolored or have small visible particles. Use could result in swelling or other adverse reactions.

What models? Epinephrine injection, USP, 1:1000, 1 mL ampules, NDC 0517-1071-25, lot 1395, expiration date July 2012.

Dry dog food

Company: Diamond Pet Foods.

Why? One bag of the product has tested positive for salmonella. Pets with salmonella may have decreased appetite, fever and abdominal pain. If left untreated, pets may be lethargic and have diarrhea or bloody diarrhea, fever and vomiting. People handling dry pet food can become infected with salmonella, especially if they have not thoroughly washed their hands after having contact with surfaces exposed to this product.
