Did Tish cheat with Bret?

You knew there had to be a reason Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus were divorcing after 17 years, and boy is there ever a trash-tastic one: She may have had an affair with onetime Poison frontman Bret Michaels, according to Us. We'd call the mag's bluff on that one if it didn't seem so plausible. Michaels "became close to the entire family" after he and Tish's daughter Miley (you may have heard of her) recorded Nothing to Lose in February, Us says. One thing led to another and Tish decided Billy Ray just wasn't enough of a man for her, the mag claims. Their affair led to the Oct. 27 divorce filing. And now for the caveat: "There has never been an affair or a fling," Michaels' rep says about the allegations, something Tish's people echo.

Leukemia claims Broadway 11-year-old

Sad news from Shannon Tavarez, the 11-year-old who recently played Young Nala in The Lion King stage show, died Monday from acute myelogenous leukemia. The Queens-born soprano received an umbilical-cord transplant in late August to substitute for a bone-marrow transplant, since a suitable donor had not been found. She had been undergoing chemotherapy since being diagnosed in the spring. Alicia Keys, Rihanna and 50 Cent campaigned to help find her a suitable donor, to no avail. "She was a remarkable and talented young lady who touched the lives of those she entertained, as well as those who cared for her over the past several months," Cohen Children's Medical Center on Long Island said Tuesday in a statement to the AP.

Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller file for divorce

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller officially filed for divorce on Monday. Oh, you already thought they'd done that, huh? We did, too. Just a week after allegedly trashing a New York hotel room, the 45-year-old actor is seeking joint physical and legal custody of the couple's twins, Bob and Max, People reports. Mueller wants primary physical but joint legal custody. Papers filed in L.A. cite irreconcilable differences. TMZ has the property settlement, which was signed back in May, showing that Brooke will get $55,000 a month in child support. There's also a stipulation that she not get less than ex-wife Denise Richards gets for her two daughters with Charlie, Sam and Lola. Mueller also gets a cash gift of almost $758,000, and $1 million so that Sheen can keep their family house.

Randy Quaid, wife miss mandatory hearing

Randy Quaid and his wife remained in Canada on Tuesday and missed a mandatory arraignment, but their attorney says he may have proof they weren't illegally squatting at a California home where they were recently arrested. The Quaids are seeking asylum in Canada, saying they fear a group they've dubbed the "Hollywood star whackers." Randy Quaid's attorney said the actor was required to remain there until an immigration hearing Monday. The pair's most recent arrest came in September, when deputies arrested the Quaids while they were living in the guest house of a home they formerly owned. They were later charged with felony vandalism, accused of causing more than $5,000 in damage to the property. Attorney Robert Sanger said Tuesday that he suspected a deed transferring the home the couple formerly owned had been forged. He said he did not have definitive proof but would work in the next two weeks to confirm his hunch. "There may be a claim of right — as strange as that may seem — to the property in this case," Sanger said.

Jessica Capshaw has a baby girl

Everyone likes baby news, so we'll share that Grey's Anatomy actress Jessica Capshaw has had a baby girl. The 34-year-old gave birth to daughter Eve Augusta way back on Oct. 20, so she's really good at keeping secrets. The folks at Grey's Anatomy did a much better job of hiding her belly than they did with Chyler Leigh. Eve is the second baby for Jessica and husband Christopher Gavigan. They also have a 2-year-old son named Luke.
