Plan your weekend Take the kids Al Lang's last game It's the end of an era Friday when the Tampa Bay Rays play what is likely to be the last spring training game at Al Lang Field, the place that since 1916 has hosted Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Mickey Mantle and other greats. There will be an Air Force fly-over before the 1:05 p.m. game, lots of speeches and souvenirs. And afterward, fans get a free barbecue, live music and the kids will have the chance to run the bases. Some berm and grand stand seats are still available; $7-$20. Toll-free 1-888-326-7297. raysbaseball.com. Do NOT take the kids Avenue Q They may look like cousins of the Sesame Street monsters, but with songs like The Internet Is For Porn, these muppets come with an R rating and a hilarious Broadway score. It opens Tuesday and has eight shows through April 6 at Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. $32.50-$72.50. (813) 229-7827 or toll-free 1-800-955-1045; tbpac.org. Concert Fisher and Boy Birthday Bash 3 Derby Lane greyhound track will host its first-ever rock fest on Sunday. Lineup includes the Matches, Blue October, Suburban Tragedy and Rude Squad. You'll also get your chance to dunk-tank the Bucs' Matt Bryant and 97X's Fisher and Boy with a donation to the Moffitt Cancer Center. Last weekend's tbt* contained a free admission ticket, otherwise it's $10 at the gate, 10490 Gandy Blvd, St. Petersburg. (727) 812-3339. Comedy Marc Maron The comedian and cultural critic whose comic rants were a popular Air America staple will be at the Improv in Centro Ybor tonight through Sunday. 1600 E Eighth Ave., Tampa. $14-$16. (813) 864-4000. tampaimprov.com. Party Sensory Overload Another arty party, this one featuring International Academy of Design and Technology works, music by Locos por Juana, Acho Brother, Apes and Androids, others. There's also fashion, film, theater and dance to benefit the Studio@620 and Ybor Festival of the Moving Image. It's from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday as part of the International Rum Festival (which takes place at the same time on a different floor) at the Cuban Club, 2010 Ave. Republica De Cuba N, Tampa. Tickets are $10, or $35 for both events. (813) 248-2954. sensoryoverloadtampa.com. — Sharon Kennedy Wynne wynne@tampabay.com
