Buildings turn red this month for heart health

The SunTrust Building in downtown Tampa and The Pier in downtown St. Petersburg are "going red" this week to remind us that heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women. The SunTrust Building on Wednesday night started to pulsate like a heart in the color red and will stay that way for the entire month of February. Starting today, the Pier will be turning shades of red in honor of Go Red For Women. People are encouraged to wear red on today to remind our friends and family to improve their heart health. — Sharon Kennedy Wynne
