Five for your radar: urban gardeners, classic movies, cooking samples, miffed women execs and Lightning tickets

Those familiar with local food movements often wish that more urban land could be devoted to growing vegetables for families that need it. Now the Tampa Urban Farming project is helping out. At noon, Tampa Bay Buccaneers player Sean Jones will grab a shovel at noon and help turn the soil for a new urban garden in Tampa's Seminole Heights neighborhood.

Here's a little trivia for you: What was Grace Kelly's last role before she went off to marry Prince Rainier of Monaco? The answer lies in the Capitol Classic Film Series offering tonight, High Society. Kelly plays the role of Tracy Samantha Lord, who is forced to choose between three men in her life. The movie also stars Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby.

Forget sitting at home like a lump and watching a cooking show. Now you can be one of those people in the audience who gets to sample the delicious fare. Pelagia chef Daniel Goldich will be using fresh spices and herbs at the Spice & Tea Exchange at International Plaza to create a gourmet meal. (Sample dish: espresso-crusted beef crostini.) You've got to register, though.

If you're a woman and you're feeling cranky about your pay and the fact that you earn less than most men per hour, it's time for an Unhappy Hour. The date the event is held marks the date where women will have caught up to what men made the previous year from January to December. In other words, women have to work four extra months to catch up. Bartender, pour another! The networking event is at Studio@620 at 5:30 p.m.

Now that we know who the Lightning are facing in the first round — the Pittsburgh Penguins — and what dates they're playing, there's no excuse not to buy tickets. C'mon, let's go All In. Here's the schedule.
