On National Museum Day on Saturday, admission is free to several museums in the bay area. Ah, if only it were that easy. Here's a guide:
Smithsonian Magazine Annual Museum Day: To get in these participating museums, you must print out a free ticket — no exceptions. Plant Museum, the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts, University of Tampa Scarfone/Hartley Gallery, all in Tampa; the Ybor City Museum State Park; the Armed Forces Military Museum, Largo; the Leepa-Rattner Museum, Tarpon Springs; and G. Wiz. and the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, both in Sarasota.

Woodson Museum, the Florida Holocaust Museum, Great Explorations, the Morean Arts Center, the Pier Aquarium and the St. Petersburg Museum of History.
