Halloween in the Park "Treats You Can Trust": Ghosts, goblins and ghouls converge for the annual Pinellas Park Halloween event, 6-10 p.m., Town Square Plaza Park, 5010 81st Ave. N. Includes a treat trail, costume contest for ages 3 and under, 4-7 years, 8-12 years and 13-17 years, and a best group category, where two or more people coordinate costumes to express a theme. Spooktacular Halloween Bash: The city of Gulfport holds its annual event featuring games, a costume contest, haunted house, Boo Room for tots, snack shack and Halloween movie at the end of the night, 7-9 p.m., Gulfport recreation center, 5730 Shore Blvd. S. Call (727) 893-1068.
