Gates open at 10 a.m. and post time for the first Tampa Bay Downs race is noon. The track is at 11225 Race Track Road in Tampa. (813) 855-4401.
Derby Lane It's a dog and pony show at the greyhound track, where the gates open at 10:30 a.m. Saturday and local rock band Cellfish will play on the tarmac from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The day's main event, the Kentucky Derby, will, of course, be simulcast.
