To watch

Season finale; America's Got Talent, 8 p.m., NBC: In the end, it doesn't matter how many season premieres The Voice and The X Factor cram down our throats. AGT has Justin Bieber. Game, set, match.

Season premiere; The Real Housewives of Miami, 9 p.m., Bravo: A new crop of ladies move in. Because how can you have a show about Florida without transplants?

Season finale; Extreme Chef, 10 p.m. Food: According to the episode summary, the final three must "work with elephants" while creating a meal in front of a Buddhist temple. Please tell us that's not one of the ingredients.
